原子吸收光谱法测定镁合金中锰含量

摘要 用原子吸收法替代亚砷酸钠-亚硝酸钠容量法和高碘酸钾光度法,对镁合金中的锰(质量分数0.10%~2.0%)进行测定。试验表明,当镁合金中w(A l)〉0.50%(最高为9.1%)时,铝对锰测定的干扰明显,在还原性乙酸介质中加入苯甲酸铵,与铝离子生成苯甲酸铝沉淀,过滤分离沉淀,消除了试液中的大量铝离子对锰测定的干扰;回收率在98.61%~100.80%之间,结果稳定、准确,可满足分析要求。 The manganese content of(wt)0.10%~2.0% in magnesium alloy has been determined by atom absorption spectrometry instead of the volumetric methods of sodium arsenite-sodium nitrite and the potassium periodate photometry.The experiment result shows that aluminum interferes obviously with the manganese determination while the aluminum content in the magnesium alloy is higher than(wt)0.5%(maximum is 9.1%);the ammonium benzoate has been added to the medium of reducibility acetic acid,which created sediment of benzoic acid with aluminum ions;then the sediment was filtered and separated from the test solvent;a large number of interference of aluminum ions,which interfere with the determination of manganese,are eliminated.The recovery ratio can get to 98.61% to 100.80%.The result is stable and accurate,which can meet the requirement of analysis.
