摘要
本文列出了永磁发电机的负载特性计算方程,分析了永磁发电机的电压变化率与电机参数的关系,根据永磁同步发电机带感性负载运行时得到低电压调整率的条件,提出了通过合理设计电机参数来有效降低永磁发电机的电压变化率的方法,并自行设计了一台低电压变化率的永磁发电机。应用有限元法计算了电机的负载场,计算了电机参数和电压变化率,验证了设计方法的正确性和可行性。
In this paper, the relationship between the voltage regulation of permanent magnet generator and the parameter of electric machine is analyzed. According to the conditions for low voltage regulation with inductive load, the methods of reducing the voltage regulation of permanent magnet generator by designing the proper parameter of electric machine are proposed And a low-voltage-regulation permanent magnet generator is designed. The parameters of electric machine and the voltage regulation is achieved by using the finite element method, and the accuracy and validity of the design method are proved.
