摘要
采用顶空固相微萃取技术从澳洲坚果花中萃取挥发性成分,并利用气相色谱质谱联用仪对挥发性成分进行分析鉴定。结果共鉴定出了11种成分,主要是苯乙醛(38.15%)、苯甲醛(7.28%)、苯乙腈(6.49%),含量最少的是a-(异亚硝基)-苯丙酸(0.19%)。
This research was focused on abstracting volatile ingredients from macadamia flowers via HS-SPME technology and identifying these by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).The result showed that eleven ingredients were identified,which were mainly benzeneacetaldehyde(38.5%),benzaldehyde(7.28%),and benzyl nitrile(6.49%),and the least ingredient is a-(hydroxyimino)-benzenepropanoic acid(0.19%).
