膜周部室间隔缺损介入封堵术的术中护理

Intraoperative care for patients with perimembranous ventricular septal defect during its closure procedure

目的探索膜周部室间隔缺损(mVSD)介入封堵术的术中护理配合。方法本组男21例、女17例mVSD患者,年龄3-53(15±9.2)岁,经临床体检,超声心动图(UCG)和左心室造影确诊,在X线和超声引导下行mVSD介入封堵术,术中严密心电监护,备齐各种抢救药品、器械和特殊导管,防止和杜绝各种并发症的发生。结果封堵率100%,术中无并发症。结论经导管封堵mVSD安全、有效,术中护士对患者心理护理、熟练配合和严密监护对保证手术成功有重要作用。

Objective To study the intraoperative care for patients with perimembranous ventricular septal defect（mVSD） during its closure.Methods Thirty-eight patients with mVSD（21 males and 17 females） at the age of 3-53（15±9.2）years diagnosed according to their clinical examination,echocardiography and left ventricular angiography were enrolled in this study.Closure procedure was performed for their mVSD under the guidance of X-ray and echocardiography.The patients were closely monitored by intraoperative ECG.Different rescue drugs,equipments and special catheters were prepared to prevent the recurrence of complications.Results The closure rate for mVSD was 100% and no complication occurred during the procedure.Conclusion The closure procedure for mVSD is safe and effective.Intraoperative psychological care for patients,skilled collaboration and intensive monitoring are the keys to the success of closure procedure for mVSD.
