复方天葡片对大鼠+10Gz暴露后血液流变学的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察复方天葡片提取物对+10Gz暴露后大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。方法 60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组:对照组,+10Gz组,"复方天葡片"低剂量防护组、"复方天葡片"中剂量防护组、"复方天葡片"高剂量防护组,每组12只。暴露方案:+10Gz,持续5min。于+Gz应激后采集抗凝血,进行血流变学相关指标的检测。结果与对照组相比,+10Gz组的高、中、低切全血黏度均显著升高;与+10Gz组相比,给药组高、中、低切全血黏度明显下降。+10Gz组红细胞压积与对照组相比显著升高(P<0.01),给予药物后红细胞压积回降明显,与+10Gz组比有明显降低(P<0.01)。低、中剂量组的全血高、中切还原黏度与+10Gz组相比明显降低,与对照组接近。结论复方天葡片提取物对+10Gz暴露后大鼠血液流变学改变有明显保护作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction on hemorheological changes in rats after +10Gz exposure.Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,+10Gz group,and low,medium,high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups.The rats were exposed to +10Gz for 5min.Anti-coagulated blood was collected from rats after +10Gz exposure and hemorheological parameters were detected.Results The low,medium and high shear blood viscosity was obviously higher in +10Gz group than in control group(P0.05),and significantly lower in +10Gz group than in low,medium and high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups(P0.05).The hematocrit was significantly higher in +10Gz group than in control group(P0.01) and significantly lower in +10Gz group than in low,medium and high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups(P0.01).The middle and high reduction shear blood viscosity was significantly lower in low and medium dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups than in +10Gz group(P0.01) and similar with that in control group.Conclusion Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction can protect rats against changes in hemorheology after exposure to +10Gz.
