橡胶弹簧减振器在破碎机隔振中的特性分析

Charac Teristic Analysis of Rubber Spring Shock Absorber in Vibration Isolation of Crusher

橡胶弹簧减振器强度高,回弹性好,压缩永久变形小,缓冲性好,广泛应用在破碎机隔振系统中。笔者阐述了隔振的基本原理,在分析了惯性圆锥破碎机的振动特点的基础上,对橡胶弹簧减振器在破碎机隔振系统中的特性进行了分析计算。结果表明,橡胶弹簧减振器可以对惯性圆锥破碎机起到很好的减振效果。

Rubber spring shock absorber has high strength,good elasticity and its compression set is small,the buffer is good,widely used in vibration isolation system.It describes the basic principles of isolation,analyses the inertia cone crusher based on the characteristics of vibration ,features of rubber spring shock absorber that in vibration isolation spring damper system of the crusher were calculated and analyzed.It showed that the rubber spring shock absorber can play a very good damping effect to inertia cone crusher.
