摘要
基于Pro/E软件对卷扬机传动装置齿轮进行有限元建模,在经过对齿轮有限元模型进行网格划分后,分析其实际受力情况及工作状况,对其施加位移、载荷约束,从而进行结构应力分析,找出齿轮在承受应力中的最大变形位移及应力数据,为卷扬机传动装置设计研究提供参考依据。
Carry on the finite element model to the hoist drum's transmission on the basis of Pro/E software.After dividing the net to the finite element model of the gear,and analyze the actually force bearing and working condition.Apply the load and displacement constraint.Then carry on the analysis of structural stress.Find out the greatest strain-deformation displacement of the gear in the bearing the stress.Offer the reference basis for the research and design of the hoist drum's transmission.
