基于装备大修过程,通过装备大修与生产的对比,了解到装备大修主要在零部件修理、之前的拆卸与检验和之后的复装等阶段,与装备生产存在着较大的不同。其主要难度在于装备的拆解与复装、检测与诊断、零部件修理等方面,需要充分考虑其中包含的技术含量。通过研究装备大修的特点,更好地了解了装备大修活动和加深了对装备大修规律的认识。

Through the contrast of equipment overhaul and production,based on the overhaul process ,understand that the equipment overhaul have the big differences with the equipment production mainly in the stage of spare part repairing ,the stage of inspection and disassembles which are before it and the stage of duplicate load which is after it.Its main difficulties lie in the equipment＇s disassembles and duplicate load,the inspection and diagnosis,spare part repairing and so on,and need to fully consider the technique in them.Through anglicizing equipment overhaul＇s characteristic,we have better understanding to overhaul activity and deepening understanding to the equipment overhaul rule.
