摘要
债权出资是出资方式多元化的表现形式之一。公司资本制度确定债权出资方式有其正当性和合理性,符合社会经济发展的需求。完善债权出资规制体系是债权出资制度有效运行的必要保障。
The contribution by credit is included in the diversified means of investment. It＇s proper and reasonable for the corporation capital system to legalize the investment through creditor＇s right, because it meets the needs of social and economical development. It is necessary to improve system of the contribution by credit for its effective operation.
