基于多目标多属性决策分析MADM的应用案例——对闽九市综合实力的评价

Multiple Attribute Decision Making Based on the Multi-objective Analysis of the Application of MADM Case——Evaluation of the overall strength of nine cities in Fujian

本文通过多目标,多属性决策分折MADM的TOPSIS方法,选取了10项反映城市综合经济实力的指标,评价了福建省9个城市的综合经济实力。同时,通过对各城市2010年统计数据的对比分析,利用系数变异法并运用于topsis中,得出这些城市综合经济实力的排序。结果表明福建省各区域经济发展极不平衡,闽南地区经济快速发展,闽北、闽东地区与其他地区经济发展相对较落后。本文研究结果为今后制订经济发展战略,实现区域经济的协调和均衡发展具有现实指导意义。

This paper made a comprehensive analysis of a variety of multi-attribute decision-making methods,principles and decision-making process.Through the TOPSIS method,this paper chose 10 elements indicating overall economic strength and evaluated overall economic strength of 9 cities in Fujian Province.Meanwhile,through comparative analysis of statistical data of all cities in 2010,this paper attained the order of the comprehensive economic strength of these cities by using variation of the index weight to get all the indicators method and applying the results into TOPSIS.The results showed that the regional economic development in Fujian Province was extremely uneven;That is,the southern Fujian developed rapidly,and the northern and eastern Fujian were relatively backward.The study result can be of great practical value to the making of economic development strategies and realizing coordination and balance in the regional economic development in the future.
