高校安全保卫工作是高校管理工作的重要组成部分。面对新的形势,高校存在着安全教育缺失、保卫力量薄弱、保卫人员责任心不强和学院领导不够重视保卫工作等现象。应从提高认识、完善硬软件设施、加强保卫工作干部队伍建设和健全保卫工作机制等方面入手,确保高校的安全稳定。

Safeguarding work is an important part of the management of colleges and universities. Wheras there exist such problems as lack of safety education, insufficiency of guards, their weak sense of responsibility and college leaders＇ ignorance of this work.. To ensure safety and stability, we should recognize the importance of this work, perfect the facilities, promote the construction of the guards team and perfect the working mechanism ect.
