摘要
研究了一种工程实用的煤质软测量方法。通过测量锅炉、汽轮机、磨煤机、空气预热器的运行参数以及烟气成分含量,建立了电站锅炉入炉煤质在线监测模型;从磨煤机的运行状态中提取入炉煤收到基水分的信息;利用数据融合技术建立发热量、水分和灰分的关系,结合锅炉本体以及空气预热器的能量平衡分析,提取入炉煤发热量和灰分信息;根据物质守恒和能量守恒原理,从排烟成分中提取煤的干燥无灰基元素含量的信息,实现入炉煤元素分析和发热量的实时监测。现场试验表明,该模型能够快速准确测定入炉煤质,测量精度满足现场的需要。
A practical soft measuring for coal quality was researched. By measuring the operation parameters of boiler, turbine, mill and air preheater and flue gas composition, the coal quality on-line monitoring model was con- struted. The ultimate analysis information of feeding coal was gathered from the operation state of mill. Using data fusion technology, the relationship between the heat release, water and ash was eonstruted. By combining the ener- gy balance of boiler and air preheater, the calorific value and ash of feeding coal were gained. According to the law of mass conservation and energy conservation, the information of elements in dry and ash free basis coal from ex- haust component was extracted, and the real time monitoring of ultimate analysis and calorific value of the coal were realized. The experiments showed thatthe precision of model is proved to be up to me mustard of industry aplicacion.
