摘要
针对超滤长期运行后过滤压差增加的现象,利港电厂设计了在线化学清洗系统进行清洗。实践表明,在线化学清洗系统对反洗难恢复的过滤压差有显著的恢复效果。对利港电厂超滤在线化学清洗(CIP)设计的系统和应用情况进行总结,并指出了超滤在线化学清洗系统设计和应用时应注意的有关事项。
This paper introduces the on-line chemical cleaning system designed by Ligang Power Plant in order to solving the problems that the filtration pressure difference begins to accrue after a long term operation of ultrafiltration. And the practice has testified that the on-line chemical cleaning system has a outstanding effect to restore the filtration pressure difference which the measures of backflushing is hardly to achieve. Therefore, this paper summa- rize the design and application of the on-line chemical cleaning system for uhrafiltration used in Ligang Power Plant, and further points out the matters needing attention when designing and applying the on-line chemical dean- ing system for uhrafiltration.
