摘要
为了保护大气环境,对锅炉烟气进行除尘脱硫是非常必要的。分析了锅炉除尘脱硫控制系统的设计要求,并阐述了系统硬件设计及其实现。实际应用表明,利用单片机能控制吸收池中液位和烟气温度,实现自动控制连续可靠脱硫功能,装置运行稳定,降低了成本,提高了脱硫效率。
A new type of dust-removal and desulfurization equipment is described based on high efficiency and low cost,it uses the innovative technology to pump gas directly into fluid and enables its full access to the gas-liquid.In order to achieve good efficiency for continuous and stable dust removal and desulfurization sustained,the equipment controls the temperature of gas and the height of liquid by single chip computer.It has the advantage of high removal rate and low cost.
