摘要
为解决传统直流高压发生器体积和重量都很大、工作稳定性差、效率低的问题,研制了一种新型直流高压发生器。该仪器主要由功率部分和控制部分组成,设计功率部分采用高频逆变和倍压整流的方案,而控制部分以DSP为控制核心。仿真结果表明,该研制方案是可行的,达到了预期设计目标。
A new type of DC high voltage generator is developed in this paper.The whole system includes two sections:power section and controlling section.The power section is based on the technology of high frequency inverter and voltage multipling rectifier.The controlling section is based on the core of DSP.The simulation results show that the project is feasible,which has met the goal of the design.
