摘要
基于福建省土地利用背景与现状,遵循一定的科学原则,构建土地利用效益评价指标体系,利用层次分析法和变异系数法相结合确定指标权重,采用TOPSIS法对福建省1997—2007年土地利用效益动态变化进行评价分析.结果表明:1997—2007年,福建省土地利用综合效益呈逐年递增趋势且增速越来越快,各分项效益中,经济效益、社会效益与综合效益趋势一致,生态效益则是在波动中上升.最后,提出了基于用地效益优化的土地利用策略.
Based on the analysis of land use background and status,an evaluation index system of land use efficiency was established according to related scientific principles.With the adoption of AHP and variation coefficient methods,the weight of every index was calculated,and by the TOPSIS method dynamic changes of land use efficiency in Fujian province from 1997 to 2007 were evaluated and analyzed.The study comes to the conclusion that the land use efficiency of Fujian province from 1997 to 2007 kept growing year by year,and among different kinds of partial efficiency,economic and social efficiencies had the same trend as comprehensive efficiency,while ecological efficiency was increasing with fluctuations.Some suggestions on land use were put forward based on the optimization of the land use efficiency.
