养老院老人医疗保障状况调查分析——以福建省为例

Analysis on the Medical Insurance of the Old in the Nursing House——Taking Fujian Province as a Example

当今我国人口老龄化问题日显突出。老年人口的增多,不仅反映了社会的进步经济的发展,同时又给社会可持续发展提出诸多问题。本文以福建省养老院老人医疗保障现状为研究出发点,通过对福建省养老院老人医疗保障状况的调查,分析养老院老人医疗保障存在的问题,结合我国现行老年人医疗保障制度建设,研究其原因,并探讨如何进一步发挥养老院的作用,有效改善养老院老人保障状况,促进医疗保障制度稳定运行政策建议。

Nowadays the aging population emerges as one of major issues. It indicates impressive economic strides and causes difficulties for the social sustainable development. The thesis first does an investigation and probes into the olds’ medical insurance through the analysis in order to do a comprehensive research of the olds’ medical insurance in the nursing homes in Fujian Province. Then the thesis puts forward concrete countermeasures to give full scope to the nursing homes and promote the development of medical insurance system and the realization of its goals.
