社会保障、收入差距与城镇化——基于全国31省份数据的实证研究

Social Security, Income Inequality and Urbanization——An Empirical Study Based on the Data of the 31 Provinces in China

加快建立覆盖城乡的社会保障体系必须充分考虑其对城镇化的影响,研究社会保障水平、城乡收入水平地区差异对城镇化的影响将为完善社会保障制度提供决策支持。在分析社会保障水平地区差异的基础上,根据我国31省份2001年至2009年的数据,以城镇化水平为被解释变量,检验了社会保障水平、城乡收入比率等变量对城镇化的影响。结果表明,提高人均社会保障水平和农村收入水平将加速城镇化进程。

Accelerate the establishment of the social security system covering urban and rural areas must fully consider its Implications on Urbanization, the research about the effects of social security level and regional differences in urban and rural income levels on the urbanization will provide decision support for improving the social security system. This paper analyzes the level of the social security on the basis of regional differences, according to China＇s 31 provinces from 2001 to 2009 data to the level of urbanization in the provinces as the dependent variable, testing the level of the social security, ratio of urban-rural income and other variables on the impact of urbanization. Results show that increasing the per capita level of the social security and income of rural households will accelerate the process of urbanization.
