摘要
在超声骨科换能器等效电路模型中,各类损耗和被切割组织负载是影响模型准确性的主要因素。在考虑压电材料的介电损耗、机械损耗及其他部分机械损耗下,建立了空载等效电路模型。实验证明,此模型能更准确地预测换能器的空载特性。建立了组织负载模型以及与负载相关的机械损耗模型,通过组织切割实验,验证了该等效电路模型能很好地描述骨科超声换能器有负载情况下的特性。
Loss and tissue load model are two main factors that impact the precision of equivalent circuit model of ultrasonic bone transducer. Firstly, unloaded equivalent circuit model is developed considering piezoelectric loss, mechanical loss of piezoelectric stack and mechanical loss of other part of the bone transducer, which is verified by experiments that it can accurately predict unloaded properties of the transducer. Tissue load model and load related mechanical loss is given to describe properties of transducer with loads. Experiments show that this equivalent circuit model can well describe loading properties of ultrasonic bone transducer.
