摘要
频率合成器是雷达设备的关键组成部分,该文对一种宇航用高可靠性频率合成器的方案进行了分析,着重对从设计上提高频率合成器的可靠性进行了介绍。本方案采用了锁相环方式,产生Ku波段输出信号,经验证,信号频率源准确度≤1×10-7,在Ku波段输出信号相位噪声可达-84 dBc/Hz@1 kHz。按应力法预计,工作时间内可靠度指标满足0.999 66的要求。
The frequency synthesizer is one of the key components of the radar devices. The article analyzed one high reliable frequency synthesizer project applied to the navigation, and aimed at improving the reliability of the frequency synthesizer at the aspect of design. The project adopted the phase-locked loop (PLL) to generate the Ku band output signal. It testified that the frequency accuracy was equal to or less than 1 ×10^-7 and the, phase noise of Ku band output signal was up to -84 dBc/Hz@ 1 k Hz. According to the stress reliability prediction, the reliability index in the active state was up to 0. 999 66, satisfied the requirements.
