摘要
利用多普勒天气雷达的探测资料,根据TREC算法自动识别灾害性天气种类并分区,自动进行客观的短时临近预警预报。生成的预警产品通过与地理信息系统(GIS)的有机结合,实现短时灾害性天气的精确预报,并通过空间分析服务引擎准确定位电网设备。
According to automatic identifying meteorological algorithm of disastrous weather types, this paper introduces the Fujian power grid meteorological warning system by using Doppler weather radar data. Through other weather data revision, it can conduct automatically objective short-term weather warning and forecast. Combining organically with GIS, the short-term disastrous weather precisely prediction is realized in the system, and then power grid equipment can be accurately located by spatial analysis service engine.
