摘要
介绍了2011年国际供电会议(CIRED)关于电力谐波发展趋势指导报告的主要内容;文章探讨了新型电气设备对电网电能质量造成的影响,未来谐波扰动新形式和谐波管理面临的新挑战,以及高频谐波的有效测量和谐波标准体系问题。
This paper introduces the main contents of the tutorial report presented on 2011 CIRED referring to trends of harmonics. The impacts of new types of equipment on power grid power quality and the challenges brought to harmonics management are illustrated. The effective measurement of high-frequency harmonics and standardization are also discussed.
