摘要
随着改革开放,科技创新和城市化进程的加快,建筑领域内新结构、新材料和新工艺不断出现,促进了建筑业的蓬勃发展.框架柱网结构具有优越的抗震性能、相对灵活性,其在房屋建筑方面得到了普遍的采用,但由于其刚度大,配筋量多,对质量要求高,施工单位施工水平不等,有效措施不多,导致质量通病频繁发生.针对框架结构施工中存在的梁、柱节点箍筋施工的问题、梁柱节点处不同等级混凝土施工的问题、混凝土的保护层厚度及施工控制问题,通过分析,提出相应的控制措施,为施工过程中框架结构的质量控制提供参考,以达到预期效果.
With the reform and opening up, scientific and technological innovation, acceleration of the urbanization process, the new structures, materials and technology within the construction field emerge and promote the construction boom. Columns network structure has excellent seismic performance and the relative flexibility, and it has been generally used in housing, but because of its stiffness, reinforcement quantity of high quality requirements, the level of construction ranging from the construction unit and fewer effective measures, the quality defects are caused frequently. Construction for the frame structure existed quality problems as follows: 1, beam, column joint stirrup construction issues; 2, beam-column joints at the different levels of concrete construction problems; 3, concrete cover thickness and construction control. By analysing, some measures are proposed, and it supplies the reference of quality control in the framework construction in order to get the desired results.
