浙江省造纸工业“十二五”发展展望

A prospect of Zhejiang paper industry in 12th Five-year Plan

对于"资源小省、经济大省"的浙江,在"十二五"时期调整造纸产业结构,突破"资源、环境、结构"发展瓶颈,更具有战略意义。这可以进一步优化产业结构,提高生产集中度,全面提升技术装备水平,有效治理环境污染,大幅度降低水资源和能源消耗,提升造纸产业竞争力,构建起具有浙江特色的现代造纸工业体系,加快由造纸大省向造纸强省的战略转变。

To adjust the paper industry structure in 12th Five-year Plan will be of great strategic significance for Zhejiang,a province of developed economy and lack resource,to break through the development bottlenecks of resour ces,environment and structure,which can further improve the industry structure,raise the industry concentration,improve the overall level of technical equipment,control the environmental pollution efficiently,reduce the consumption of water resource and energy,boost paper industry’s competition to build up a modern paper industry system with Zhejiang characteristics.
