摘要
采用粗皮桉为原料,研究其AS-AQ浆的ECF漂白性能。实验的主要结果如下:采用D-Ep-D漂白,总用氯量为2.4%时,家系123纸浆的白度达到84.0%ISO,黏度868ml/g,卡伯值8.34;家系200纸浆的白度达到84.6%ISO,黏度938ml/g,卡伯值8.15。提高第一段ClO2漂白的温度,家系123纸浆漂白后白度达到85.0%ISO,黏度855ml/g,卡伯值8.10;家系200纸浆白度达到86.2%ISO,黏度892ml/g,卡伯值7.98。采用O-D-Ep-D漂序,用氯量为1.2%时,家系123纸浆的白度为85.9%ISO。采用O-D-E-D漂白时,总用氯量仅为0.8%时家系200纸浆就可以达到78.0%ISO;当总用氯量达到2.4%时,纸浆的白度可以到84.1%ISO。
The bleaching performance of AS-AQ pulp from Eucalyptus- pellita as a new raw material resource in ECF process was studied in this paper. The conclusions are as follows: in D-Ep-D bleaching sequence, as the total chlorines dosage is 2.4%, the results of pulp from Family 123 are brightness 84.0%ISO, viscosity 868ml/g, Kappa number 8.34; the results of pulp from Family 200 are brightness 84.6%ISO, viscosity 938ml/g, Kappa number 8.15. Raising the temperature of the first stage of CIO2 bleaching, the results of pulp from Family 123 are brightness 85.0%ISO, viscosity 855ml/g, Kappa number 8.10. The results of pulp from Family 200 are brightness 86.2%ISO, viscosity 892ml/g, Kappa number 7.98. When O-D-Ep-D bleaching sequence is adopted and chlorine dosage is 1.2%, the brightness of pulp from Family 123 reaches 85.9%ISO. When O-D-E-D sequence is adopted and the total chlorine dosage is 0.8%, the brightness of pulp from Family 200 reaches 78.0%ISO and when total chlorine dosage is 2.4%, the brightness of pulp from Family 200 reaches 84.1%ISO.
