摘要
过氧化氢漂白机械制浆(PRC APMP)工艺以其得率高、化学品消耗少、吨浆成本低被众多造纸厂所青睐,但是大型磨浆机属特大功率设备,安全保护复杂且控制要求高,所以其控制与保护应当引起高度重视。本文主要针对盘磨机的控制设备配置、分类状态联锁、主要生产控制、碰撞保护及软硬件优化进行了分析与介绍,可供从事大型盘磨控制设计与维护的自动化人员参考。
PRC APMP process is widely used in many paper mills because of high yield, low in chemicals consumption and the cost. The control and protection for its large-scale refiners must be kept attention to, due to the complexity in safety and high accuracy in control. The configuration, interlock control, process control, strike protection for the systems and the optimum for software and hardware were analyzed and introduced in the article to provide a referrence for the staff to design and maintain the control of large-scale refiners.
