摘要
目的:探讨白细胞群落参数(VCS)参数在2型糖尿病患者诊断中的临床价值。方法:使用血液分析仪检测2型糖尿病151例外周血白细胞各项参数并与对照组比较。用免疫浊度分析仪检测其中37例尿微量白蛋白(MA),并分析与VCS参数相关性。结果:与对照组比较,白细胞、单核细胞计数,单核细胞百分率和淋巴细胞平均激光率(MLS)变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中性粒细胞百分率、中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞及单核细胞平均体积增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而淋巴细胞百分率、淋巴细胞计数、中性粒细胞平均体积、中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞平均传导率、单核细胞平均传导率、中性粒细胞平均激光率(MNS)和单核细胞平均激光率(MMS)显著下降(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示:MA与MNS、MLS、MMS呈正相关(r=0.556,0.560,0.602;P<0.01)。结论:白细胞VCS参数在2型糖尿病患者诊断中有一定临床价值,并可辅助判断微血管病变。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application of VCS parameters of leukocyte in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:Peripheral blood samples were measured with Coulter LH750 hematology analyzer. The values of leukocyte were compared with the result of the normal donor. Urine microalbumin levels were detected by Immage 800 immunonephelometry analyzer. Pearson’s bivariate correlation analyses were performed to examine the linear correlations.Results:Between type 2 diabetic patients and normal donors, WBC,NE#,MO%,MO# and MLS had not significant difference(P〉0.05);And NE%,MLV and MMV were elevated significantly(P〈0.05);But LY%,LY#,MNV,MNC,MNS,MLC,MMC and MMS were decreased significantly(P〈0.05). The urine microalbumin levels were significantly correlated with MNS,MLS and MMS(r=0.556,0.560,0.602;P0.01).Conclusion:The parameter of VCS had clinical value in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Also, it is useful for the diagnosis of micrangium injury.
