昆山市开发区中小学生健康状况调查分析

Health status of primary and secondary school students in the Development Zone of Kunshan

目的:调查江苏昆山市经济技术开发区中小学生常见病患病情况,为中小学生常见病防治提供科学依据。方法:对昆山开发区17 426例中、小学生健康体检数据进行统计分析。结果:昆山开发区2010年度中小学生营养不良700例(4.02%);肥胖2 089例(11.99%),中小学生肥胖率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),男生肥胖率高于女生(P<0.01);视力低下8 730例(50.10%),以重度低下为主,中学生视力低下率高于小学生视力(P<0.01),女生视力低下率高于男生(P<0.01);龋齿8 990例(51.59%),小学生龋患率高于中学生(P<0.01),女生龋患率高于男生(P<0.01)。结论:昆山开发区中小学生视力低下和龋齿的检出率处于较高水平,应为常见病的防治重点,学校和卫生相关部门应开展针对性健康教育,以提高学生的健康水平。

Objective：To investigate the primary and secondary students＇ sickness situation in the Development Zone of Kunshan,and to supply a scientific basis of the effective control method for the primary and secondary students＇ common sickness.Method：The statistic analysis was used to analyse the health examination data of 17426 students in the Development Zone of Kunshan.Results：2010,the malnutrition rate of the primary and secondary students in the Development Zone of Kunshan was 4.02%,which was lower than the national average.The rate of fat was 11.99%,which had no difference between the primary and secondary students（P〉0.05）,and the boys＇ fat rate was higher than the girls＇（P〈0.01）.The rate of low vision was 50.10%,in which the heavy low was the dominant.The primary students＇ rate of low vision is higher than the secondarys＇（P〈0.01）,and the girls＇ low vision rate was higher than the boys＇（P〈0.01）.The dental necrosis rate was 51.59%,and secondary students＇ dental necrosis rate was higher than the primary students＇（P〈0.01）.The girls＇ dental necrosis rate was higher than the boys＇（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：The low vision and dental necrosis detection rates of the primary and secondary students were at a relatively high level in the Development Zone of Kunshan,so low vision and dental necrosis should be the key of the control for the common sickness.Schools and health-related departments should carry out the direct health education,whose purpose was to improve the health level of students.
