食管多通道腔内阻抗-pH技术在胃食管反流病中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 胃食管反流病（GERD）是一种常见的疾病,2006年蒙特利尔共识意见对GERD进行了重新定义和分类[1]：GERD是指胃内容物反流入食管引起不适症状和（或）并发症的一种疾病;GERD分为食管综合征和食管外综合征.流行病学研究提示GERD在西方国家属于常见病,而该病在亚太地区的患病率相对较低[2],但是近年来GERD的发病率有升高的趋势,故越来越受到人们的关注.
