本文通过对我院生物力学实验课教学经验的总结， 阐述了实验课中学生知识技能的形成过程， 上好实验课的原则与要素以及实验课教学中应注意的问题，
By summarizing the teaching experience in bio\|mechanics experimental lesson, this paper expounds the process of skill shaping, principle and some special points in bio\|mechanics experiments. At the same time, this paper also discusses the approach and methods to improve appliance ability and to master knowledge for students.
