微创电视窥镜下大隐静脉制备
摘要
探讨了内窥镜下大隐静脉制备在冠状动脉搭桥中的应用价值。冠状动脉搭桥患者6例,采用微创电视窥镜辅助下进行静脉制备。平均获取大隐静脉桥血管2.5支,平均耗时(90±30)min。全部患者无下肢皮肤切口感染,下肢水肿,淋巴管炎和脂肪坏死等并发症发生。通过实践证明,采用(CABG)内窥镜下大隐静脉制备能明显减少患者手术后下肢切口并发症。
