摘要
采用聚氧化乙烯(PEO)与壳聚糖(CS)混合配制PEO/CS的稀醋酸溶液,进行静电纺丝,制得PEO/CS纳米纤维毡。考察了静电纺丝工艺条件对纤维直径和形貌的影响,并对PEO/CS纳米纤维毡进行了形态、结构、结晶性能、亲水性能等方面的表征。结果表明:PEO/CS纳米纤维毡的静电纺丝的最佳参数值为PEO/CS质量比为70/30,外加电压为20 kV,接收距离为18~20 cm,推进速度为1.0mL/h;PEO/CS纳米纤维毡随着PEO含量的增大,其亲水性能变好;随着PEO含量的增加,共混纤维的结晶度增加。
Polyethylene oxide (PEO) and chitosan (CS) were blended to produce the dilute acetate solution of PEO/CS which was electrospun and produced into PEO/CS nano-fibrofeh. The effects of the electrospinning process conditions on the diameter and morphology of the resulted fiber were investigated. The morphology, structure, crystallization behavior and hydrophilicity of the nano-fibrofeh were characterized. The results showed that the optimal electrospinning process conditions were as followed: PEO/CS mass ratio of 70/30, applied voltage 20 kV, collection distance 18 -20 cm, collecting speed 1.0 mL/h. The hydrophi- licity of the PEO/CS nano-fibrofeh was improved with the increase of PEO content. The crystallinity of the blend fiber was in- creased with the increase of PEO content.
