摘要
运用CFD软件对柱塞泵分油盘密封区进行数值解析,获得二维油膜体流场的压力和速度场分布,确定高压区位置、径向流速与全速度的分布及相互关系。结果表明,缸体转子高速旋转时按对数分布处理分油盘上密封区的压力分布误差较大。
To study two-dimensional field distribution of pressure and velocity of film body, the sealing band on valve plate in piston pump was analyzed numerically by CFD. The high pressure position was found. The distributions and interrelations of the radial velocity and total velocity were ascertained. The results show that, under fast speed of cylinder block, logarithmic distribution of pressure on sealing band on valve plate has a big error.
