摘要
分析平刃切刀、斜刃切刀、单尖对称切刀和双尖对称切刀4种冲裁刀具冲裁多弯曲型材的工作过程,通过比较冲裁力大小、多弯曲型材所受最大力矩和多弯曲型材变形大小分析冲裁效果,选出最合适的冲裁刀具刃口形状,可减小多弯曲型材冲裁过程中的变形,提高冲裁加工的质量。
The work processes that fiat-blade cutter, oblique-blade cutter, single-sharp symmetrical cutter and double-sharp symmetrical cutter were used to blank multi-bending sheet metal were analyzed. The blanking effects were analyzed by comparing the blanking force, the largest bending moment and the deformation of multi-bending sheet metal. The most suitable blanking tool edge shape could be selected. Deformation of multi-bending sheet metal can be reduced and quality of blanking process can be improved.
