摘要
运用计算流体力学(CFD)技术,将机油冷却器翅片区域简化为多孔介质模型,研究在机油流动分配不均匀的条件下机油冷却器内部压力分布情况,提出一种确定多孔介质模型中阻力系数的方法以及表征油冷器内部压力关于进口压力、芯子层数、进口流速等因素的数学模型,实现了油冷器内部压力大小的预测。
The CFD method was applied and strip-fins were simplified as porous media as well. A new way to determine frietion coefficient in porous media was presented, and a mathematical model concerning input pressure, number of heat exchanger layers and input velocity was derived, which can be utilized to predict the pressure in oil cooler.
