摘要
拖拉机无级变速传动系统(CVT)是20世纪90年代后期由Fendt公司研制成功的车辆传动新技术。分析FendtVario900系列无级变速系统的结构原理及工作特性,并运用AMESim仿真工具研究其无级变速能力和液压功率分流比。结果表明:该机构可以在全速范围内实现无级变速,传递功率大、效率高。
Tractor CVT was a new transmission technology for vehicle developed by Fendt company in the late 1990s. The structure principle and working characteristics of CVT in Fendt Vario 900 series were analyzed. AMESim was used to study the stepless varying speed capability and hydraulic power diversion ratio. The results show that using the structure, stepless varying speed can be realized in a full scope, with a high power and efficiency.
