摘要
在参考现有激光对中仪原理的基础上,提出一种不同于传统对中测量的测量原理。建立激光对中仪的数学模型并分析其对中原理。通过计算LD所发射的光信号落在PSD光敏面上的光斑坐标,求得两轴的相对位置,从而推导出从动轴的前脚和后脚的调整公式,调整轴的位置达到对中目的。利用VB进行界面设计和数据处理。同时进行了实际工程量检测,验证了该测量方法的简便性、准确性和有效性。
A shaft alignment measuring principle which was different from the traditional measuring principle was proposed based on the existing theroy. The mathematic model was established and the shaft alignment principle was analyzed. The relative position of two axes could be obtained by calculating the spot's coordinate on the photosensitive surface which was irradiated by LD. The adjustment tormula of slave axis' forefoot and rear foot could be derived. The alignment purpose could be accomplished by adjusting the axis' position. Interface and data processing were designed with VB. h is verified that the measurement method is simple, accurate and effective by detecting the real engineering quantity.
