摘要
文章运用多元线性回归,辨析出影响竞争情报人员绩效的13个心理行为因素,其中包括竞争情报人员的气质、能力、工作动机和沟通等。在分析这些因素的基础上,提出组织适配个体和个体适配组织的两种途径,以有效提高高技术企业竞争情报人员绩效。
The multiple linear regression method is used to discriminate the 13 psychological behavior factors which affect the performance of the competitive intelligence personnel, including the temperament, ability, working motivation and communication capability of the competitive intelligence personnel. After analyzing these factors, two ways, that is, the organization's adaption to the individual and the individual's adaption the organization, are put for- ward to effectively improve the performance of the competitive intelligence personnel in the hi-teeh enterprises.
