期刊下载频次与被引频次及影响因子相关性——以中国知网CSCD与CHSSCD刊物为样本的计量分析

Correlations among Download Frequency,Citation Frequency and Impact Factor of Journals

以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)和中国人文社会科学引文数据库(CHSSCD)来源期刊的下载频次、被引频次与影响因子作为统计分析样本。参照GB/T4882—2001检验了数据的正态性后,运用散点图、曲线估计、Spearman相关性方法对下载频次、被引频次与影响因子之间的相关性进行了计量分析。数据统计分析结果表明,期刊被引频次与下载频次具有高度的正相关性,下载频次与影响因子也呈正相关性,但相关系数要低于被引频次与下载频次。结果还显示了影响因子在评价刊物上的局限性,且CSCD刊物与CHSSCD刊物之间并无显著差异。

The download frequency, citation frequency and impact factor of the source journals of the Chinese Science Citation Database （CSCD） and the Chinese Human and Social Science Citation Database （CHSSCD） in CNKI are taken as statistical analysis samples. After testing the normal distribution of data in accordance with the Chinese national standard GB/T4882--2001, the paper gives a statistical analysis of the correlations among down- load frequency, citation frequency and impact factor by the use of the scatter diagram, curve estimation and Spearman methods. The data statistical analysis results show that the citation frequency and download frequency of journals have high positive correlations. The download frequency and impact factor also have positive correlations, but the correlation coefficient is lower than that of the citation frequency and download frequency. The results also show the limitations of impact factor in assessing journals, and that there is no obvious difference between journals in CSCD and CHSSCD.
