摘要
在分析企业导师制一般过程的基础上,从知识主体、知识客体、团队环境三个层面提出了企业导师制过程中知识创造的影响因素概念模型。以知识转移量和知识创造量为衡量指标,建立其数学模型并模拟,主要分析了导师和学生的初始知识重叠率和异质知识比例对企业导师制过程中知识转移和知识创造的影响效果。根据模拟结果提出的相关建议对导师制项目的开展具有一定的启示意义。
Based on the analysis of the general process of implementing enterprise mentoring program, this paper gives a conceptual model of influence factors of knowledge creation in enterprise mentoring program from the perspective of knowledge subject, knowledge object and team environment. Then, the paper uses the knowledge trans- ferring amount and the knowledge creation amount as the measuring indices to construct its mathematic model to car- ry out simulation. The paper mainly analyzes the influence effect of the initial knowledge overlapping ratio and the heterogeneous knowledge ratio of mentors and mentees on knowledge transfer and knowledge creation in enterprise mentoring program. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions in accordance with the simulation results, which has certain inspiration significance to the development of mentoring programs.
