摘要
分析了目前弹药表面脱漆、除锈工艺存在的问题,介绍了碱性脱漆剂、酸性脱漆剂和溶剂型脱漆剂应用于弹药表面维修处理中的优缺点,讨论了温度、搅拌速率对脱漆速度的影响。结果发现,采用浸渍脱漆方法,不需要加热、搅拌,可常温脱漆,施工方法简单,安全环保,工作效率高,可在弹药维修机构推广应用。
Some problems existing in paint removal and rust removal processes of ammunition surface were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of alkaline remover,acidic remover and solvent remover applied to maintenance and repair of ammunition surface were introduced. The influence of temperature and stirring rate on paint removal speed was discussed. It was found that paint removal can be carried out at room temperature without heating and stirring. This method can be widely applied to the institutions engaged in maintenance and repair of ammunitions due to simple construction,safety,environmental friendliness and high efficiency.
