概述了中国汽车的发展状况,对汽车涂装工艺中磷化工艺的替代技术以及水性漆和纳米材料的应用状况进行了介绍。从员工素质、创新理念、对生产制度和法规标准的执行力度以及汽车生产档次等方面指出了国内汽车与国外汽车的差距。认为通过加强创新力度,打造一支在世界上过得硬的汽车专业队伍,中国的民族汽车品牌将会登上世界汽车名牌之列。

The development status of cars in China was summarized. The substitution technologies for phosphating process as well as the application status of waterborne paints and nano-materials in cars coating process were introduced. The differences between home-made cars and foreign cars were described from aspects of staff quality,innovation ideas and execution power for production systems,laws,regulations and standards,as well as car production level. It is believed that the China＇s national car brands will be able to climb up to the world-known car brand by enhancing innovation degree and building a world-class automobile professional contingent.
