摘要 在介绍淮南采煤沉陷区内水、土地、煤炭资源现状的基础上,提出了在淮南采煤沉陷区建立基于循环经济条件下的水、土地和煤炭资源同步利用的模式,并分析了淮南采煤沉陷区资源同步利用的方案。结果表明,资源同步利用对淮南采煤沉陷区的水资源和土地资源功能的恢复、产业结构的升级、产业链的延伸以及生态系统的修复,都具有重要意义。 Based on the introduction to the present situation of water,land and coal resources in the coal mining subsidence area of Huainan,a synchronous utilization mode of water,land and coal resources based on the circular economy was proposed.The schemes for the synchronous utilization of resources in the coal mining subsidence area of Huainan were analyzed.The results show that the synchronous utilization of resources is of great significance in the functional recovery of water and land resources,the upgrading of industrial structure,and the extension of industrial chain and the restoration of ecological system in coal mining subsidence area of Huainan.
