动态三维超声对胎儿体表畸形的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨动态三维超声在胎儿体表畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法二维和动态三维超声对150例中晚期妊娠胎儿进行产前筛查,并比较二者超声诊断与产后诊断符合率。结果 150例胎儿共发现胎儿畸形26例31处。二维超声诊断与产后诊断相符19处,符合率61.3%;动态三维超声诊断28处,符合率90.0%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与二维超声对比,动态三维超声成像能提供靶病变的空间解剖结构关系,清晰显示与原形逼真的直观立体图像,对颜面部、肢体畸形的诊断更为准确。 Objective To investigate the application value of dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods One hundred and fifty fetus in late pregnancy were scanned by two-dimensional and dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound. Their diagnostic rate and postnatal diagnostic rate were compared. Results In 150 fetuses, there were 31 mslformations in 26 cases, two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis was consistent with postnatal diagnosis in 19 cases, compliance rate of 61.3%. Dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis was consistent with postnatal diagnosis in 28 cases , compliance rate of 90.0% , there was significant difference between the two methods ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Compared with two-dimensional ultrasound, dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound could not only exactly provide three dimensional anatomy structures, but also clearly demonstrate direct stereo image. It is more accurate in diagnosis of malformations of face and limbs.
