上皮型钙粘蛋白与涎腺肿瘤生物学行为的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究上皮型钙粘蛋白(Epithelial Cadherin,E-Cad)在涎腺肿瘤分化、浸润、转移等过程中的表达变化。方法复旦大学附属肿瘤医院口腔颌面部涎腺肿瘤石蜡标本115例,其中良性肿瘤、恶性肿瘤、涎腺慢性炎症分别为50例、57例、8例。用抗E-Cad单克隆抗体作Envision免疫细胞组织化学二步法,完成病理切片,做定量病理分析。结果 E-Cad在良性肿瘤的表达强度高于恶性肿瘤(P=0.017);E-Cad的表达强度与肿瘤的浸润能力明显相关,其中E-Cad在无浸润组的表达强度显著高于包膜外组(P=0.002)。结论 E-Cad在细胞膜外的表达水平与涎腺肿瘤的性质和浸润能力有一定的相关性,在鉴别涎腺肿瘤的良恶性以及涎腺肿瘤包膜是否受到肿瘤细胞的侵袭的过程中有一定的辅助作用,但敏感性并不强,需要与其他鉴别手段结合应用。 Objective To study changes of Epithelial cadherin(E-Cad)'s expressions during the differentiation、invasion and metastasis of salivary gland tumors.Methods 107 examples of salivary gland tumors' paraffin specimen including 50 benign adenomas,57 malign adenomas and 8 chronic sialadenitis were used in this study.Envision immunity histochemistry with the monoclonal antibody E-Cad was adapted to accomplish pathology section and quantitative pathology technique was executed.Results The expression of E-Cad in benign adenomas was more obvious than that in malign adenomas,especially when related to the ability of tumor's invasion.E-Cad can be detected much more in adenomas without invasion in comparison to the membrane invasion group in other adenomas.Conclusions The expression of E-Cad in adenomas can reflect the adenomas' character to some degree,and does have relationship with the capability of adenomas' invasion.As a result,we can utilize E-Cad as indicator of the adenomas' biological behavior.
