高分子树脂类Comfort-DA Ⅱ型义齿粘附剂的制备 被引量:1

摘要 目的改进原有配方,研制一种新型高分子树脂类义齿粘附剂,并测定其pH值。方法运用多重线性回归分析和正交设计法对影响配制义齿粘附剂粘结抗张强度的各因素进行分析,筛选出最佳配比,且与Protefix义齿粘附剂对比。并测试Comfort-DAⅡ型的pH值。结果聚氧化乙烯、甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠、羟乙基纤维素和90%乙醇对配制义齿粘附剂粘结抗张强度的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),蒙脱石对义齿粘附剂粘结抗张强度的影响没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。Comfort-DAⅡ型粘结抗张强度优于Protefix义齿粘附剂(P<0.05)。其酸碱度为弱碱性。结论 Comfort-DAⅡ型义齿粘附剂具有较好的理化性能。 Objective By improving the formula,the purpose of this study was to develop a new kind of macromolecular resin class of denture adhesive,Comfort-DA Ⅱ and to test its pH value.Methods Each factor affecting tensile bond strength of Comfort-DA Ⅱ was analyzed to select the best formula by combining multiple linear regression and orthogonal design.Subsequently,the tensile bond strength of Comfort-DA Ⅱ was compared with the Protefix Adhesive Cream and its pH value was tested.Results The effects of content of polyethylene oxide,methyl cellulose,sodium alginate,hydroxyethyl cellulose and 90% alcohol on tensile bond strength showed statistical significance(P0.05),while the effects of montmorillonite on tensile bond strength indicated no statistical significance(P0.05).Results of tensile bond strength test revealed that Comfort-DA Ⅱ was significantly stronger than Protefix Adhesive Cream(P0.05).The prepared denture adhesive demonstrated a slightly basic pH.Conclusions The generally favorable performance of the prepared adhesive(Comfort-DA II) formulation in vitro indicated that it might be efficacious denture adhesive.
