强化平衡功能康复治疗对急性期脑卒中Pusher综合征的疗效研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨强化平衡功能康复治疗对Pusher综合征的疗效。方法:选择我院住院治疗的Pusher综合征患者62例,按入院时间分为常规组29例(给予常规康复治疗)及强化组33例(在常规康复治疗基础上,增加强化平衡功能康复治疗),疗程4周。于治疗前及治疗4周后,采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)及改良Barthel指数(MBI)分别评定患者的运动功能、平衡功能及日常生活能力;并比较2组功能改善情况。结果:治疗后2组FMA、BBS及MBI评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,强化组FMA、BBS及MBI评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:强化平衡功能康复治疗能明显提高Pusher综合征患者的运动功能,改善平衡功能,提高患者生活活动能力。 Objective: To explore the effects of rehabilitation of enhancing balancing capabilities on patients with Pusher syndrome.Methods: Sixty-two patients with Pusher syndrome were divided into control group(n=29) and treatment group(n=33) according to the admission time.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy whereas in the treatment group with rehabilitation therapy of enhancing balancing capabilities in addition to the conventional rehabilitation therapy for 4 weeks.Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),Berg balance scale(BBS) and modified barthel index(MBI) were conducted to assess the motor capability,balance capability and activities of daily living(ADL) at beginning and 4 weeks after rehabilitation.Results: Four weeks after rehabilitation,the scores of FMA,BBS and MBI were higher than those before rehabilitation(P〈0.05) in the both groups.Scores of patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05) 4 weeks after rehabilitation.Conclusion: Rehabilitation therapy of enhancing balancing capabilities is beneficial to improving the motor capability,balancing capability and ADL of patients with Pusher syndrome.
