低温热压制备微晶Al_2O_3-MgAlON复合材料 被引量:2

Preparation of microcrystal Al_2O_3-MgAlON composite by hot-pressing at low temperatures

摘要 以微粒级的Al、Al2O3、MgO为原料,采用热压烧结法,在压力38 MPa,温度分别为800、850、900、950℃保温8 min的条件下制备Al2O3-MgAlON复合材料,并对该复合材料进行了XRD、SEM分析及抗折强度、显气孔率、体积密度等性能检测。结果表明:利用热压烧结法,在850℃就可以制备含有300 nm左右MgAlON晶粒的微晶AlO-MgAlON复合材料,而且MgAlON微晶的存在改善了复合材料的性能,起到了增韧补强的作用。 Al2O3-MgAION composite was prepared with starting materials of Al,Al2O3,and MgO by hot-pressing sintering at 800,850,900, and 950℃ for 8 min under 38 MPa, respectively. The composite was analyzed by XRD and SEM. Properties such as modulus of rupture, apparent porosity, and bulk density were determined. The results show that Al2O3-MgAION composite with microcrystal MgAION (diameter about 300 nm) can be obtained at 850 ℃ by hot-pressing sintering ;the existence of microcrystal in the composite improves properties of composite by toughening and reinforcement.
