儿童睾丸前驱B淋巴母细胞瘤一例

摘要患儿：男，6岁，因发现右侧阴囊肿大1周入院。家长于入院前1周无意中发现患儿右侧阴囊肿大，不红，即来我院就诊，以右睾丸肿物收入。人院检查身体：营养一般，无贫血貌，心肺听诊正常，肝脾不大。右侧阴囊胀大，阴囊皮肤颜色正常，触诊右侧睾丸均匀肿大，直径约3．5cm，质硬，无明显触痛，
