摘要随着医学模式的发展变化，心理护理越来越受到关注，心理状态在患者治疗和康复中的重要性已获得普遍认同。国外已有专门针对烧伤患者的心理健康测评量表，但大都条目繁多，如烧伤特定健康量表（burn specific health scale，BSHS）共有369个条目，需要患者主动配合，但不同患者在文化程度等方面存在差异，不能完全照搬应用。
